Brazilian entities that close their activities need to appoint a liquidator responsible for the liquidated company and its books. Lawful Agency members can assist with such activity for the regular closure of companies.
Any entity set up in Brazil requires (one or more) administrator(s)/officer(s), who will act as its legal representative. Lawful Agency's team can perform such task.
Brazilian entities require an address to be set up. Lawful Agency can provide a virtual address for such purpose.
